Executive Director
Iain joined the Association in 2019.
He was a management consultant with Deloitte, delivering largscale IT-enabled business transformation, led a research team in the UK Parliament, and was Deputy CEO of the leading UK charity GambleAware.
He has an MBA from UCLA, and read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Balliol College, Oxford.
Mark Roberts
Chief Technology Strategist
Mark is based in Los Angeles, and manages the AVPA’s work in the USA, as well as leading our technology strategy.
Mark has an MBA from UCLA, and has experience in the development of both hardware (computer chips) and software (as an Angel investor, entreprenuer and developer)
Becky Burgess
Policy Officer
Becky was initially seconded to the AVPA from the Age Check Certification Scheme to work on the euCONSENT project delivering interoperable online age checks across the Europe.
She has a degree in Sociology with Criminology, and is based in Manchester, UK.
